"Not much choice for what I needed"
I went to Woodworker Express thinking I’d be able to knock out my cabinet hardware order easily, but it ended up being more of a hunt than I expected. A lot of the exact sizes and finishes I needed were either missing or not easy to find, so I kept having to click around and double-check things.
They definitely have hardware, just not enough variety in some categories for what I was working on. I ended up having to go to another site to finish the order, which was annoying because it added extra work I was really trying to avoid.

"Fit better than I expected"
I wasn’t totally sure these would line up with my cabinets, but they ended up fitting just fine. Everything was the right size overall, and the only issue was one screw that didn’t match. Not a big deal for me.

"Website could be easier to use"
The site does work, but I found it a bit frustrating to use. The search results seemed kind of messy, and the filters didn’t really narrow things down as much as I expected. It took me longer than it probably should have to find basic drawer slides. Checkout was fine overall, but the browsing experience could definitely use some improvement

"Solid parts, just a lil packaging issue"
I ordered some drawer slides and cabinet hinges from Woodworker Express and they were good. The parts felt sturdy, not flimsy or cheap like some stuff I’ve gotten online before, so that was a nice suprise.
One of the hinges had a small scratch on it, but once it was installed you could barely tell, so it wasnt a big deal. Everything worked like it should and I’d order again, I just wish hte packaging had been a bit more secure.

"Decent prices, but the value isn’t always there"
I’ve found some of the prices to be reasonable, but once shipping gets added, it can really take away from the deal. In some cases it still feels fair, but other times I don’t think it’s the best value compared to shopping elsewhere

I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me faster than I expected . Everything was really easy and I didn’t feel like I was getting the runaround at all . I’d definitely order from them again

I always end up checking orders piece by piece to make sure everything matches up, and this one passed the test. No missing parts, nothing different from what was shown on the site, and the whole order looked exactly how it was supposed to. Straightforward, but in a good way.

"Packaging standards seem to keep shifting"
The box showed up torn, which was annoying. Luckily the parts inside were fine, but it feels like the goalposts keep moving on what counts as acceptable packaging. I shouldn’t have to just hope everything survived because the box barely did.

I ordered this based on the product details listed, but when it arrived, the part didn’t match what was shown. Customer service was decent enough, but it still cost me time I shouldn’t have had to waste. It just seems fair to expect the product page to be accurate, especially when people are relying on that info to buy the right thing.

"They fixed it, but it took way too long"
I had an issue with my order and it was frustrating to get it sorted out. Support did get back to me, but it wasnt quick, and I had to explain the same thing more than once which got old fast.

They did fix it in the end, so thats good, but the whole thing felt like more hassle than it needed to be. Im not sure Id order again anytime soon...

"Showed in stock, then wasn’t"
I ordered some drawer slides because the website said they were available. A few days later I got an email saying they were actually backordered, which was annoying because I’d already planned the job around them. I was going to wait it out, but no, I ended up just canceling and buying them somewhere else. The site really needs better inventory updates because this was frustrating.

"Return was easy, but the refund tested my patience"
I had to send back a couple of cabinet parts because I ordered the wrong ones. Totally my fault, and the return instructions were simple enough. Customer service got back to me within a day, which was fine. The refund did come through, but I was getting a little impatient waiting on it since it took about a week after they received the parts back. Not a terrible experience overall, and I’d probably order again, I’ll just make sure I double-check the sizes next time.
